Hillrock’s Double Cask Bourbon, a true Field-To-Glass® whiskey, embodies the unique terroir of the Hudson Valley Hillrock Estate, crafted from 100% estate-grown grain and aged over five years in #3 char and #4 char American oak casks before being bottled in bond at 100 proof. This dark amber whiskey offers a complex aroma of gingerbread, vanilla bean, hazelnuts, and oak with hints of nutmeg and butterscotch, while the rich and round palate features bright notes of cinnamon and vanilla, evolving into honey-roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and a creamy texture balanced by warm caramel and a finish of buttered toffee and baking spices.
