Return & Refund Policy
No limit on unreturned and resellable merchandise.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, calculated based on the total purchase value.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis only when items are out of stock.
No refunds are guaranteed for any items not picked up within the mandatory 2-week pickup window for all online purchases.
Unfortunately, we are only able to sell Beer and Wine on Sunday, from 12PM-6PM, due to state regulations.
Liquor may be purchased Monday-Saturday, from 9AM-7PM.
We have the largest selection of alcohol in the Carolinas - it's possible that it's just not on our website, or it may be out of stock. Please be sure to contact us if you are looking for something specific. If we do not have it, while we cannot guarantee we will be able to bring it, we will absolutely look into it for you!
Due to state regulations, we are not able to ship any orders that contain alcohol. Online orders containing alcohol may only be picked up in store.
Select Saturday mornings, we host a lottery, where customers have the chance to purchase allocated bottles. We also randomly offer the opportunity to play certain games, where the winner will have the right to purchase select allocated bottles.
If you'd like a more direct path to purchase, we offer a variety of bundles that give customers the right to purchase select allocated bottles.
