After aging in American Oak and Oloroso Casks in the Solera, this unique American Whiskey was then finished in old Tawny Port Casks for 55 days. This special Solera Bourbon exhibits additional layers red raspberry, black berry and stewed plums. The Tawny Port Cask finish integrates beautifully, creating hints of burnt caramel and deep cocoa chocolate. A round nuttiness and dark fruits allow the savory to complement the subtle sweetness of this exceptional finished Bourbon.
